About Us
Being an aviation consultant sometimes means you are the in between. It’s important to keep both parties respected and clear communication. They both want a finished quality aircraft and with completed accurate records. Oversight is required for this major task.
Referencing new age mechanics. Absolutely no one starts out their day not wanting to do a good job. The integrity is there. How do we make it excel? And…be different than anyone else creating a positive balance between MRO and customer.
We focus on these strategic areas:
Oversight for parts that can’t be found, engineering support for drawings needed, interpretation of task cards, routines, advisory directives, service bulletins, and repetitive inspection intervals

Oversight on open ups for inspections, is NDT required, do we require phase array, HFEC, LFEC etc.?
Quality assurance on how paperwork is signed off using correct references while inspecting cards written. Does the MRO comprehend RII and IC requirements?
Mentoring the next generation to be excited and interested in learning about aviation.
Assist with your Training – understanding the customers GMM, MCM, QCM such as parts tags, filling out paperwork.
Understanding capabilities of the repair station and being able to reach out to third parties for overhaul of components (flap tracks, landing gear, engines etc.), back shops, welding, fabrication of parts, etc.

Assistance on sourcing of parts needed. We have all been where we can’t find correct part numbers or cross references. We have the oversight and resources to correct that.
Inspection of Tooling and Equipment: Not all MRO’s have the needed equipment for aircraft in reserve. Sometimes we need to reach out to third parties and rent or borrow equipment needed.
Lighting – ensuring the lighting is bright enough to do a check is a big factor, this comes with our risk assessment program.
Mapping of structural repairs, scratches, blend outs, and dents internal and external; taking pictures through repairs; and monitoring category of repairs with repetitive inspection information.
